Cranberry Smoothie
Delicious cranberry smoothie!
- 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 peeled mandarin oranges
- 1 banana
- 1 small apple (I used a ginger gold!)
- 2 cups water or plant-milk of choice
- a handful of pitted Medjool Dates
Gather your ingredients and add everything except the dates to a high-powered blender.
Blend on high for 1 minute, then add the dates, one at a time, while blending.
add ice cubes to make it frosty if you desire!
Serve immediately or store in a glass mason jar with a lid for up to 24 hours to enjoy later!
