Cranberry Smoothie

Delicious cranberry smoothie!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 peeled mandarin oranges
  • 1 banana
  • 1 small apple (I used a ginger gold!)
  • 2 cups water or plant-milk of choice
  • a handful of pitted Medjool Dates

Equipment

  • 1 high-powered blender

Method
 

  1. Gather your ingredients and add everything except the dates to a high-powered blender.
  2. Blend on high for 1 minute, then add the dates, one at a time, while blending.
  3. add ice cubes to make it frosty if you desire!
  4. Serve immediately or store in a glass mason jar with a lid for up to 24 hours to enjoy later!
